Why the intervision?
Because in the dynamic and challenging medical field, reflection becomes a vital compass to guide us amidst the complexities and demands of our clinical practice. This course not only provides you with a space for reflection, but also offers you concrete tools and a committed support group to enrich your professional development and personal well-being.
Reflective practice is an essential activity that medical professionals use to evaluate their ideas, values, and decisions in impactful or meaningful impactful.
Intervision is a concrete method of a reflective practice in a study group format in which a situation, problem or question is discussed according to a fixed structure.
It has been proven that reflecting with a structure works better than discussing in a disorganized manner. Reflection becomes effective when it has structure and analysis, and leads to new and different knowledge. Unstructured thinking generally does not lead to a result and is virtually the same as ruminating or worrying and has the opposite result.

- Exploration of key principles of intervision and their application in improving clinical practice.
- Development of basic reflection and analysis skills.
- Application of reflection in specific clinical situations.
- Analysis of real cases and group discussion on ethical dilemmas, difficult medical decisions and challenges in clinical practice.
- Evaluation and consolidation of the learning acquired throughout the course.
- Exploration of strategies for integrating reflective practice into the participant’s daily life.
The supervision is carried out in groups of a maximum of 8 participants in 4 online sessions over a period of 2 months.
